Doug was called to be the Pastor of IBC in June, 2013. He has served in church ministry for more than 30 years, and comes to us from our sister church in Nashville, Tennessee, Community Bible Church, where he served as Youth Pastor, Director of Administration, and Finance Director. He developed CBC’s Extension program, providing university-level Bible and theology training for adults. Doug believes that IBC has a unique opportunity to promote the good news of salvation in Christ in Bonaire. In addition to serving as Pastor here at IBC, Doug is the U.S. Consular Citizen Liaison Volunteer for Bonaire.

Doug earned his Master of Theology degree from Dallas Theological Seminary in Dallas, Texas. He also holds the Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington.
